Payment is processed after your provider approves your prescription and before your order is sent to the pharmacy. You will see the full pricing breakdown before confirming your order. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Subscriptions are billed on your chosen frequency — monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly — and can be adjusted or paused at any time.
Because our medications are compounded specifically for each patient, we are unable to accept returns on dispensed prescription medications for safety reasons. If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or if you are denied for medical reasons after payment, we will process a full refund.
