By accessing or using the Guppy Meds platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Guppy Meds provides a technology platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations. The medical services are provided by licensed practitioners, not by Guppy Meds Inc. itself. Guppy Meds facilitates the technology, administrative support, and pharmacy coordination.
Telehealth services are subject to applicable state laws. Services may not be available in all states. By using the Service, you confirm that you are located in a state where telehealth services are legally permitted and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
No prescription will be issued without a legitimate medical consultation and a valid provider-patient relationship. Prescribing decisions are made solely by the licensed provider based on their professional clinical judgment. Guppy Meds does not guarantee that any prescription will be issued following a consultation.
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed 503(a) compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved drug products. Compound medications may differ in quality and potency from commercially manufactured drugs.
Fees for consultations and medications are charged at the time of service or upon subscription renewal. All prices are in USD. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake. Medication orders that have already been prepared or shipped cannot be refunded. If you have a billing concern, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
All content on the Guppy Meds platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Guppy Meds Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guppy Meds Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any medical decisions made by providers using our platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
